All orders are shipped on the same day if placed before 2 p.m. EST Monday - Friday unless there is a fraudulent warning or shipping address error. We never ship during weekends or holidays. All shipments have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation. Our shipments also have partial insurance. Orders are shipped via AU Post express 2 – 3 day priority mail or DHL express; it depends on the shipping option you choose when checking out. Overnight and Two Day Express orders are shipped via AU Post private courier. International Shipments are sent via DHL but can also be Expressed if the buyer wishes so. When shipped, orders will take a few hours to allow tracking to update. You will get a shipping confirmation once shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time are shipped on the same day. Orders are processed within 24 hours or less. Please double check that your address is correct, we are not responsible for lost items.

Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide with verified tracking. We advise that you choose DHL Worldwide for fast and reliable shipping to your country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an 'Order Fulfilled’ e-mail which will include your tracking number and details on where your package can be tracked. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received your order after the estimated delivery time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary for each country. We also have expedited shipping for slightly higher rates. Choose based on your needs.
Note: Free shipping is the slowest shipping option. It takes a few days for US and up to 1 – 2 weeks for international shipments.
Are there customs fees/taxes when I receive my items?
All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.
What if my package gets lost or is stolen?
We will assist our customers to the best of our ability to recover your package. However, please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items as well as incorrect addresses. You will have to file a claim with the carrier and we will assist. It is important that you verify all information before placing your order. We recommend AU Post or DHL as the most trusted shipping carriers.
SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders ARE shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Manhattan Couture is not responsible for any mailing address mistakes on your part.
Any orders with Fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details and information are verified. No exceptions. We have a fraud prevention system that protects all parties involved.
PRODUCTS LOST OR DAMAGED
We can't guarantee the performance of the shipping carriers but will play our part to ensure that you get your order delivered on time and without any damage. Please note that there are unforeseeable acts of nature and/or others issues that may arise, whereby the shipping carrier may fail to carry out their duties to honor the delivery time. In the rare event that this happens, Manhattan Couture cannot be held liable for late, lost, stolen and/or damaged packages. We also can neither be held responsible for the shipping carriers’ actions nor issue refunds for shipping charges in case of delayed packages.
In case of an exchange, you are responsible for any additional shipping charges. If you request an exchange, please include a note that states what items you wish to receive in exchange, the address to send them to, the date your order was placed online as well as your email address.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
All Manhattan Couture’s shipments include Delivery Confirmation on each order to guarantee delivery. If the tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carriers for further assistance. We cannot be held responsible for packages where the tracking information states that the package has been delivered to the address you included when checking out.
